Archway Court Childrens Day Care Nursery

103 Caerleon Rd, Newport NP19 7BZ, UK – 01633 255379

My son and daughter both go to archway court and having been to a previous nursery j can see the difference and quality of service that the archway court ladies provide. My children thoroughly enjoy going to nursery here.

My son looks forward to going here everyday - the care he receives is exceptional and he couldn't be happier.

Chuckles Nursery

Pentwyn House, Pen-Twyn Lane, Bettws, Newport NP20 7AE, UK – 01633 852373

The staff at Chuckles Private Nursery School were superb when my little Ellen first arrived. I was like a nervous wreck, and Ellen was in tears, but the staff made us both feel at ease. Ellen had forgotten I was there after about 20 minutes. Thanks guys for helping through such a difficulty transition. Mrs H Prollon.

Great school, good teachers and nice surroundings

Overall The school has good teachers and staff who do an amazing job . The reason why I haven't given this school 5 stars is the extremely sub standand poor quality of their Cctv on the yard . An incident which occurred with my daughter recently on the yard could of been monitored and possibly avoided if they were half decent cameras which sadly they are not you cannot even see faces just blurred images as a parent I am very concerned and shocked that a Cctv system in the 21st century in a state school has 1970s cameras !which is supposed to protect ensure added safety all round for pupils and staff . I think Cctv should be a priority at this school urgently . Newport city council who are offering grants to schools to update their Cctv would probably be more than happy to help im sure . Wide angle infa red cameras of high quality can be bought for £65 per camera the cabling depending on the height of the building would probably cost no more than a few reels of of cable I assume the school has a dvr even update the box for less than £500 if I've got to help raise the money to pay I'll buy the school cameras out of my own pocket that's how strongly I feel about this .
